Our KEEP it REAL Nutrition Program returns to kick off the New Year right!

Starts Jan 7th and runs for 6 weeks!

There's so much information on nutrition out there and it's easy to get lost. Our program is designed to help you understand what's right for you! 

We’re providing even more customization this time around with two plans for you to choose from. Spend six weeks with us and here's what you'll get…

Let's be honest, if healthy habits were easy, we would all be able to do it on our own. Our coaches are here to help hold you accountable and lead you in the right direction. 

  • Dietary Intake Analysis: Weekly analysis performed via email with your coach.

  • Check-ins: Email correspondence with your assigned coach anytime as well as a scheduled one-on-one phone call to set you up for success.

Nutrition is not one-size fits all. Our certified nutrition specialists will create a specific plan just for you. You will be given a specific food list and portion guide aimed to meet your overall health and body composition goals. We work with all dietary preferences and restrictions!

Level 1 Plan

Beginner-friendly plan that emphasizes the quality of food to help you create a solid foundation of basic nutrition. Along with your specific plan, learn realistic strategies that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term.

Level 2 Plan

Intended for individuals with level 1 or comparable nutrition foundational experience (admin approval required). Learn how to optimize food as fuel for performance, nutrient timing on training vs. rest days, advanced body composition goals, and any other special dietary endeavors.

Follow our weekly lessons and complete tasks to help create lifestyle habits and nutritional goal setting that you can easily incorporate moving forward. Earn points to keep track of your progress and stay accountable throughout the 6-weeks.

Everyone's unique situation is important to us. Whether you've just had a baby, you're on the verge of obesity, or just simply want to learn proper nutrition for yourself, we'd love for you to join us.

Our judgment-free environment will help you identify and learn from the past and look forward to the future!

Since our program can be done 100% remotely, anyone from anywhere can join in.

Change is hard, especially when it comes to old habits. This program is not a quick-fix, it's a kick-start towards the right direction and it takes some initial effort in order to be successful. 

Once you receive your personal plan you will be expected to track your meals, perform weekly girth measurements, and complete your weekly tasks all on the Wodify Rise App so we can keep you accountable. 

Level 1 participants will have the option to buddy-up with a fellow participant to complete tasks together for extra accountability!

That's basically $3.50/day. Less than a Pumpkin Spice Latte and way better for your health! Time to treat yourself the right way. 

WORKOUT ADD-ON - $20

Applied to Level 1 or Level 2, you can round out your program with a workout add-on. Choose from various workout tracks oriented towards different goals and equipment. Programs to choose from:
- Strength and Speed (minimal equipment required)
- Endurance
- Bodyweight Only
