HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook.

  2. Complete each daily workout.

  3. Earn points by:

    • reposting/sharing the workout and tagging @gobluej (one point)

    • posting a workout selfie and tagging @gobluej (1 point)

    • tagging friends in our comments section (each friend equals one point)

    - There are no limits to the points you can accumulate throughout the challenge, so you can post and tag as much as you’d like! Using both Instagram and Facebook will count separately, so feel free to double up!
