CLASS SCHEDULE

WFH Virtual Wellness Breaks!

Starts April 7th

Workout w/ your kids (under 5), Tues at 10am PST

Description: A quick 15-minute workout session with your little! Incorporate your kids into this quick sweat session by using them as your wiggly gym equipment.

Meditation + Flow, Thurs at 10am PST

Description: A 20-minute session that incorporates gentle stretching, mindfulness practice and breathwork. Kids 5+/teens are welcome to join.

Yoga - 5:30pm (60 Minutes)

Wednesday
Bootcamp - 5:00pm (45 Minutes)

Deer Creek Location:

Monday

Sign up Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form below.
    If you wish to exclude your birthday information, please leave the date as is.

  2. After filling out the form, you will be directed to the waiver link.
    You must fill out the waiver in order to participate in the program.

  3. You will receive an email prompting to create a profile in our PushPress system.
    This will allow you to see the schedule and reserve a class. It will also be what we use to track attendance. This is not required, but it lets the trainers know how many people are attending so we can prepare accordingly.

 

 

Class Description

YOGA (60 MIN)

This is the best class for all levels of yogis. We will implement the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. This class is useful for those trying to work around injuries, relieve stress, and get their joints and muscles through some range of motion.

Mats, blocks, and straps provided, but feel free to bring your own!

BOOTCAMP (45 MIN)

This class is inclusive to all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an ultra-marathoner, we will make sure you get a great workout while moving safely and performing movements with proper technique.

All equipment provided! Water bottle and towel suggested.

MEDITATION (30 MIN)

This class provides simple and effective breath and meditation exercises to apply in our daily lives to release mental, emotional, and physical tension. We will practice ways of working with the breath and a variety of meditation styles to enhance our capacity to be healthy, calm, aware, and fully present.

Come in your work clothes! You’ll be surprised how challenging it is to be still for 30 minutes!
