There's so much information on nutrition out there and it's easy to get lost. Our program is designed to help you understand what's right for you! 

Starting Oct 15th, spend six weeks with us and here's what you'll get!

Let's be honest, if healthy habits were easy, we would all be able to do it on our own. Our coaches are here to help hold you accountable and lead you in the right direction. 

  • Dietary Intake Analysis: Weekly analysis performed via email with your coach.

  • Check-ins: Email correspondence with your assigned coach anytime as well as a scheduled one-on-one phone call at our half-way point.

Nutrition is not one-size fits all. Our certified nutrition specialists will create a specific plan aimed to meet your overall health and body composition goals. We work with all dietary preferences and restrictions!

Follow our weekly lessons and complete tasks to help create lifestyle habits and nutritional goal setting that you can easily incorporate moving forward. Earn points to keep track of your progress and stay accountable throughout the 6-weeks.

Since our program can be done 100% remotely, anyone from anywhere can join in.

Change is hard, especially when it comes to old habits. This program is not a quick-fix, it's a kick-start towards the right direction and it takes some initial effort in order to be successful. 

Once you receive your personal plan you will be expected to track your meals, perform weekly girth measurements, and complete your weekly tasks all on the Wodify Rise App so we can keep you accountable.

2 Workouts Per Week
Our 20-30 minute "do anywhere" workouts can be performed with no equipment necessary. Instructional videos will demonstrate movements as well as scaling modifications for all levels.

Simple, weekly recipes that will help with meal prepping and diversifying your plate!
