Blue J. and CrossFit Kindred want to bring a positive and supportive environment to the start of your fitness journey! With so much information out there on exercise and nutrition, you can easily feel lost and frustrated. Our program will give you the individual attention you need, educate you with information that is sustainable, and most importantly, provide a supportive community that will hold you accountable. It just takes a 5-week commitment!

Program Description

FUNctional Training Class 💪🏻
Our bootcamp style workout that is for everyone! This 45 minute class includes bodyweight movements, light weights, and creativity to give you the results you want. Every class is different so you won’t feel stuck doing the same routine and our coaches will teach you how to perform everything properly to ensure your safety.

FUNctional Eating🥩🥗
Learn proper nutrition and balanced eating in our one-hour group sessions. Our nutrition coach will answer specific questions and provide tips and support to help you understand how to live a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying food.
