We're starting our FUNctional Training classes in June and want to kick it off with a FREE community workout.
FUNctional Training is a boot camp style workout that is for everyone! It includes bodyweight movements, light weights, and creativity to give you the results you want. Of course, we want you to look good, but most importantly we want you to FEEL good. This class is about bringing out the best you. That's the number one goal for everyone!
